The Following Information to help you get around...
Please read this quick start guide to make your sign up quick, easy and very productive Sign up with 3 Easy Steps...

	To sign up FREE, click on the "New Realtor To This Site" above or HERE. A new window will open allowing you to refer back to these instructions. When signing up you will notice that your ISP address is recorded for security reasons. This does not appear any place except on your sign up screen and our internal log file.
	Complete all the fields on the form that you would like to have shown to the consumer. BE SURE to Select your State as this field CANNOT be edited after you sign up. NOTE: Many fields are required, for example... Your Name, Business Name, Phone, Email... Etc. However 2nd Phone and Fax are not required fields. If you skip a required field, you will be prompted for it when you submit. The COMMENTS Field is where you tell about you and your business. View Sample Your comments may be very lengthy if you like. Be sure to enter your Home Page, this is how we link to your site. After you sign up you may edit your record as needed. If you would like to upload your picture, Click on the "Add Your Picture" Link and follow the prompts. If you need to change your photo, just upload another one. This will replace the existing one.
	NEXT... Very Important... Be sure to add yourself to ALL the Communities that you serve. Be sure to select both the County and City for each new area. This will allow you to be found when a consumer navigates the site. The Community or Neighborhood field will show up under Location with your Listings and under Community on the Realtor search pages. Use the Link "Add A City That You Serve" on your admin screen after logging in.

NOW Add Your Listings...
From your admin screen Click on the "Create Additional Listings".
The form is self explanatory, however a few pointers here will help you along...

From top to bottom...

	The Hide This Listing Check Box... Allows you to hide a listing. This is useful for a property that may go under contract and then become available again. This saves you from having to delete and re-enter a listing that may go on and off the market.
	The Expiration field shows when the Listing will expire. Existing listings will have a link below the expiration date that will add 30 days to your listing just by clicking on the link. Listings that are due to expire within 10 days will be displayed in Red to help you remember to extend any listings necessary.
	Title/Ad Header is the text that will appear in Bold Print just above your Detailed Listing information.
	The price field is required. Note: Properties on the site are sorted from Lowest to Highest price.
	Community or Neighborhood field allows you to free hand information about the neighborhood. i.e.: BoMar, University Hills, Etc. Etc.
	The Address Field is for your reference only appearing in your admin area only. The address does NOT display on the consumer site.
	City & County Drop Downs... BE SURE to select both as this is how the site searches out your listings. If your County or City are not listed, you may create them from the "Add A Community" Link on your admin page. Please be sure that your County & City are NOT in the drop downs prior to adding a new one.
	Further down you will see Features with check boxes for various items. Check all that apply. After you create a Listing you will be able to edit these fields, allowing you to add Features that do not appear on the check boxes.

	The Picture Fields are not accessible until after you create a Listing. To upload pictures for your Listing select edit next to the listing on your admin screen. You will see a link at the top that will allow you to upload your pictures.
	The last field... Description, allows you to list a short description promoting your listing. You are allowed up to 255 characters. If you go over, a prompt will tell you how many characters you have allowing you to shorten your text.
